2. Objective of the Event

The scope of the seminar is to provide a platform to create general awareness on cognitive technologies to research scholars, faculties and students. It also provides excellent opportunities to meet experts from various Institutions and Industries to have an effective interaction. This seminar would enable participants to gain knowledge on learning theories such as constructivism and their implications for teaching and learning with computer-based cognitive technologies. 3. College Details (Name of the College, Address, Dept, etc.,) Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science (MITS) is established in 1998 in the picturesque and pleasant environs of Madanapalle and is ideally located on a sprawling 30 acre campus on Madanapalle - Anantapur Highway (NH-205) near Angallu, about 10km away from Madanapalle town. MITS is governed by a progressive management that never rests on laurels and has been striving conscientiously to develop it as one of the best centers of Academic Excellence in India.

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) was established in the year 1998. The Department is offers B.Tech. in CSE, IT, CS&IT and M.Tech. in CSE. The Department has obtained UGC-Autonomous Status in 2014. The B.Tech. Programme under Department of CSE was accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

7. Who Can attend? (UG/PG/Research Scholars)

Teaching Faculty from Engineering Colleges, Scientists working in industries, Government departments, and other Organizations are eligible to attend the seminar. PG students and Research Scholars are also eligible to attend the seminar.

Number of registration is limited to 50

All registrations may be done using the form attached or its photocopy.

Accommodation shall be provided for the outstation participants based on the availability and prior request.

Confirm your seminar registration by sending the registration form along with the DD for the amount of Rs.300/- in favor of “The Coordinator, MITS” payable at Madanapalle.
