What You’ll Do
You will be provided the opportunity to manage end-to-end product quality, in all its characteristics and through all lifecycle phases:
- Develop and manage Quality Plans for new product introductions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and product field quality.
- Perform data analysis to detect trends and take appropriate action.
- Manage customer quality complaints.
- Initiate and follow-up on failure analyses to identify root causes.
- Drive closed loop corrective actions with our manufacturers, development engineers and suppliers
Who You’ll will work with
Our team drives Quality Planning through the New Product Introduction phase and Quamiyu Improvement programs during the sustaining phase. Therefore we closely work together with Development Engineering (both HW and SW), Component Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Product Operations. As needed, we also work with customer facing teams such as Account Management and Services.
Who You Are
Act as a technical contributor with the ability to communicate complex technical details related to both hardware and software.
