Effective Disaster Management"
2. The Internet of Things (IOT) is an emerging term that generates smartness in
information and communication technologies. Internet of Things also has the
potential to serve a critical, potentially lifesaving, role in the event of disaster,
natural or otherwise. The mobile, cloud, analytic and social age in which we live
today is creating new opportunities to transform traditional emergency and
disaster operations and engage with citizens and stakeholders. Our goal is to
emphasize the advantageous features of IoT in the field of disaster managements.
